36e44c4ea8 mise: fix mise env decryption problem #2 
mise use rops under the hood, so variable SOPS_AGE_KEY_FILE not working
properly when you open new terminal pane in directory under mise config.
Change it to sops.age_key_file setting fixes the problem.
